  • For customized orders, a minimum of 30 sets per design and color allows you to mix sizes, choose designs and colors, and add embroidery (production time varies)

  • We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • An order confirmation email signifies our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inaccuracies, payment issues, or other reasons.
  • If an order is cancelled, any payments made will be refunded promptly. Refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time for metro manila areas are (1-4 days) while for province area are (5-10 days)
  • We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery (“Delivery”) requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we can’t absolutely guarantee firm Delivery dates or times.
  • We will aim to leave the Order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase. You must ensure that you are able to take Delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. Our delivery partners may contact you via SMS prior to delivery to provide you with different delivery options, including giving ‘authority to leave’ the item at the address.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  • You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
  • Don’t worry! We can make the changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

    Just message us on Viber: 09671451470 ASAP! But if it’s already on the way, you might have to shoulder an original cost.
  • Please always record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This helps ensure a fair and thorough investigation in case any issues arise.
  • Returns are accepted within 5 days once the customer received the items, provided the Product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
  • Swap of size/color is accepted but shipping fee of the return and exchange will be shouldered by the customer.
  • Snicosh reserves the right to do a technical evaluation of the items prior to approval of return and exchange request.
  • In case we shipped out a damaged item, Refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive & checked the returned item.
